1. **OASA & Guardians** - Constitutional and legal oversight (can veto unconstitutional, illegal, or finance-related decisions)

3. **Team (Executive Team)** - Day-to-day operations; includes at least 2 directors as fiduciary managers of Enseada Sonhadora
